To prevent waste-dumping, forrests are closed to all traffic more and more frequently. On one hand the closing is very understandable. The costs of removing the waste keep rising. On the other hand it is quite the sore in the eye for recreational users of the forrest, such as riders.

In a colaboration with the Staatsbosbeheer from The Netherlands, Heblad has developed the Carterkiller. By replacing barriers with a carterkiller, recreational users can still make use of the forrest, while ruling out the passage of cars.
