Sensitive data and or personal data are processed through the HeBlad website. HeBlad places a great value on careful handling of personal data and considers this of great importance. Personal data are carefully processed and secured by us. In our processing we adhere to the requirements of the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means, among other reasons:

  • clearly stated for which purposes HeBlad personal data is processed. This is done through this privacy statement;

  • the collection of personal data is limited to only the data necessary for the purposes for which it is processed;
  • HeBlad requests explicit permission to process your personal data in cases where your consent is required;
  • HeBlad does not provide your information to third parties, unless it is necessary for delivering the requested service or when HeBlad is legally required to do so;

Retaining period

We do not keep the information provided any longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this privacy and cookie statement. We apply a retaining period of 10 years from the date of the invoice, depending on the data and documents. This retaining period is equivalent to our warranty period. We still store data from quotations 1 year after the quotation date.
 

Confidentiality & disclosure to third parties

We will deal with your personal data confidentially. We do not disclose the personal data that we collect through our website to third parties for the direct marketing purposes of these parties. Furthermore, we will not disclose the information you provided us with, to other parties, unless this is necessary in the context of the implementation of the agreement, or we may or must do so on the basis of the law. We use the software packages from Google and Mailchimp email marketing.
